Many people wonder — when playing games or betting online, does everything really come down to winning or losing? crex doesn't think so. Here, simply playing regularly makes you eligible for rewards, even on days when luck isn't on your side. crex's loyalty system is designed so every active member gets something back.
Points start accumulating from your very first bet. In Crex's casino games, you earn 10 points for every ৳100 wagered, and 5 points per ৳100 on Sports Betting. During special double points events, these rates double. Once you've collected 1,000 points, you can convert them to ৳100 cash — straight to your wallet, no hassle.
Weekly cashback is one of the standout features of Crex's rewards system. Say you had a net loss of ৳5,000 in a given week and you're on the Silver tier — come Monday morning, ৳500 will be automatically credited to your account as cashback (at a 10% rate). If you're on Gold or Platinum, the amount will be even higher. This cashback can be withdrawn directly with no wagering requirements.
The Daily Spin Wheel is one of crex's most exciting features. Every day, you get one free spin — completely on the house. The wheel offers cash bonuses (ranging from ৳50 to ৳5,000), free spins, points boosts, and special prizes. Wheel rewards are upgraded once a week, with bigger prizes during Eid, Puja, and BPL season.
Top the tournament leaderboard and you can walk away with major prizes. Crex hosts at least two large tournaments every month — one for casino players and one for sports bettors. The total prize pool for monthly tournaments typically ranges from ৳5 lakh to ৳20 lakh, with the top 10 players guaranteed a prize.
Crex also offers special physical rewards for VIP Diamond tier members — including smartphones, laptops, and tickets to exclusive cricket tournaments. These prizes are delivered directly to your door, anywhere within Bangladesh.
Crex gives out extra rewards during festive seasons. Special reward packages are announced for Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. Double points weekends, bonus leaderboards, exclusive raffle draws — being a Crex member is especially rewarding during the festive season.
Transparency is a key part of the rewards program. On Crex, the full history of every point transaction is visible in your account. Which game earned you how many points, when your cashback was credited — it's all clearly laid out. No hidden terms, no vague rules.
Your points history, rewards information, and personal data are fully protected at Crex. We never share your information with third parties. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy Read.
No separate registration is needed to start earning rewards — simply joining Crex automatically enrolls you in the loyalty program. Points start accumulating from day one and you'll immediately enjoy Bronze tier benefits. The more active you are, the faster you'll climb to the next tier.
One of the unique aspects of Crex's rewards program is that your points never disappear when you change tiers. When you move up from Gold to Platinum, your previously earned points remain intact — and on top of that, you receive a tier upgrade bonus to mark the occasion. This bonus ranges from ৳500 to ৳3,000 depending on the tier.
Redeeming more points at once earns you a bonus rate.

Earning points is great, but betting beyond your budget just to chase rewards isn't worth it. Set a deposit limit on Crex and stick to it.
Don't stay in a game session for too long while completing missions. Enable session time reminders on Crex — you'll get notified when your set time is up.
